Overview:
Isaiah is a committed and reliable student-athlete who consistently demonstrates strong effort, discipline, and leadership. As a team captain, he sets a positive example, encourages teammates, and shows a dedication to learning and improving both on and off the court. His presence and work ethic make him a cornerstone of the team environment.

Strengths:
Isaiah consistently shows up to practice and gives his best effort. He has strong leadership qualities and continues to grow into an inspiring captain who leads by example. He performs well in games, reads plays effectively, and is reliable in executing the team’s system. His focus, mental toughness, and commitment to improvement allow him to maintain consistency in performance. With effective management of his asthma and proper training, he competes well physically and demonstrates solid endurance, speed, and agility for his level.

What We Are Working On:
While Isaiah has strong fundamentals and leadership skills, there are areas where further refinement will elevate his game. He can improve his scoring efficiency in the paint through a two-foot step-through, and continue working on shooting mechanics, particularly keeping his jump shot straight. Expanding his understanding of different positions and responsibilities will enhance his versatility, and learning to make the extra pass to open teammates will improve team execution. Watching more basketball film and practicing game reads from multiple positions will help him anticipate plays and make smarter decisions under pressure.
