BIOGRAPHY
TyQuon is an athletic small forward who brings impact on both ends of the floor. Known for his knockdown shooting ability, TyQuon stretches the floor well and plays with confidence. He demonstrates a high motor, and commitment to team success. TyQuon is an excellent perimeter shooter; consistent in catch-and-shoot and off-the-dribble situations. He is an explosive leaper with ability to finish in transition and above the rim. TyQuon is a highly versatile defender; capable of guarding both wings and forwards with quick feet and strength and has impressive rebounding instincts and shot-blocking presence for his position. He is extremely coachable with a positive attitude and respectful demeanor. TyQuon continues to work on tightening his handle under pressure and passing out of drives to become more of a creator for teammates. TyQuon is well-mannered, respectful, and focused—represents his program with professionalism. He comes from a basketball family as his older brother played at Fordham University. He is a high-upside prospect who is already producing at a high level in competitive leagues. With continued development in ball handling and playmaking, projects as a strong contributor at the college level, with the versatility to fit into multiple systems.
